Polynucleotides, collagen and professional masks for cosmetologists and doctors

One of the key features of these polynucleotide preparations is the innovative PAIN-RELIEF technology, which reduces pain and lowers the risk of side effects during and after injection. Unlike other manufacturers, who use mannitol to improve water solubility, a special ion technology is used here. It regulates mineralisation and temperature during production, ensuring excellent solubility without changing the PN structure and without mannitol.

Polynucleotide preparations with patented Pain-Relief technology are changing the rules of the game.
pH correction to 7.6–7.8 ensures optimal control of ion dissociation.
Patient comfort — the new standard in aesthetic medicine
Pain and discomfort are often the reason patients do not return, even after a good result.
That is why the approach is changing: what matters is not only the effect, but also the experience during the procedure.

Polynucleotide preparations with Pain-Relief technology:

• help reduce discomfort,
• improve tolerability of the procedure,
• build trust that brings patients back.

• A unique raw-material source

The preparations use the world's first PDRN obtained from rainbow trout. Scientific studies show that polynucleotides derived from this fish species demonstrate higher efficacy compared with analogues obtained from other species.

• A world-class manufacturer — BR PHARM

VITARAN is manufactured by the biopharmaceutical company BR PHARM, which specialises in regenerative medicine and runs full-cycle PDRN production. It is the first facility in the world to control the entire process — from fish farming and selection under the Biofolk system to polynucleotide extraction in an ecologically clean environment.

• Registered distributor in Latvia

SIA Glowinn is a registered distributor of medical devices in Latvia — entry no. 297 of 26 February 2026 in the register of the State Agency of Medicines, and in EUDAMED. Traceable batches, correct storage and stock in Riga.

BR Pharm is an innovative company in regenerative medicine technologies, specialising in the development and production of PDRN-based preparations. Thanks to its production technology and DMF-registered PDRN raw material, BR Pharm ensures the highest quality standards in line with BGMP certification.

The preparations are manufactured by BR PHARM, which has developed its own specialised, patented polynucleotide production technology. The entire PN extraction process is subject to strict quality control at every stage of production.

The safe raw material — rainbow trout — is farmed in an antibiotic-free environment under favourable conditions for growth and development. The PN purification technology developed by the company yields a substance of high purity (unnecessary proteins are removed).

In-house farming and a unique production method ensure high polynucleotide activity in HP VITARAN products. The CE certificate obtained guarantees the safety of procedures in the European Union.

Polynucleotides (PN) are a substance that stimulates the body's natural, physiological regeneration mechanism. It promotes healing of damaged tissue and facilitates remodelling in areas with a high content of fibrous tissue (stretch marks, scars).
The polynucleotides in these preparations are an isolated fragment of rainbow-trout DNA that is 95% similar to human DNA (a safe material that does not cause side effects). It acts selectively on adenosine A2A receptors, inducing tissue regeneration and anti-inflammatory processes.

These are CE-certified polynucleotide-based preparations with a concentration of 20 mg/ml, intended for deep skin renewal and biorestructuring. They come as a highly purified gel for intradermal administration. The preparations activate the formation of collagen and elastin and stimulate the production of fibroblasts and growth factors (EGF, IGF, FGF).

They are formulated from highly purified salmonid DNA fragments and designed to support cellular renewal mechanisms and improve overall skin quality.
Polynucleotides promote tissue regeneration, improve the skin's barrier function and provide long-term dermal renewal when used according to clinical protocols.

The BR Pharm raw material (PDRN) is a low-molecular-weight fractionated PDRN, also called Vita-DNA — white fibres several centimetres long, obtained from the sperm glands of salmonid fish using BR Pharm's patented PDRN extraction technology in environmentally friendly and safe processes.

Polynucleotide preparations are used for bioreparation. This injectable cosmetic procedure with polynucleotides stimulates the skin's natural regeneration processes, providing a rejuvenating effect with long-lasting action. However, PDRN injection therapy is not only for rejuvenation — it is also a regenerative treatment.

Polynucleotides are effective in the following cases:

• smoothing wrinkles and improving overall skin texture;
• slowing age-related changes;
• accelerating recovery after injuries, surgery, peels and other cosmetic procedures;
• treating acne, post-acne, pigmentation and other aesthetic imperfections.

A single-centre, randomised, evaluator-blinded, paired pilot study assessed the efficacy and safety of a polynucleotide preparation (HP VITARAN) in intradermal injections for expression lines around the eyes. Four procedures were performed at two-week intervals in 30 participants.

The study confirmed the preparation's efficacy and safety in intradermal injections for expression lines around the eyes. 93.2% of participants in the study group observed a significant improvement in the treated area without adverse side effects.
Polynucleotides were also observed to have a positive effect on skin texture and tone. All volunteers were willing to repeat the treatment course with this preparation.

The preparations are produced using a proprietary purification technology that ensures a consistently high level of purity and reliable performance for professional clinical use.

• High PN purity thanks to controlled purification stages
• Stability that meets professional quality requirements
• Predictable performance within structured protocols
