Polynucleotides (PN) are a substance that stimulates the body's natural, physiological regeneration mechanism. It promotes healing of damaged tissue and facilitates remodelling in areas with a high content of fibrous tissue (stretch marks, scars).
The polynucleotides in these preparations are an isolated fragment of rainbow-trout DNA that is 95% similar to human DNA (a safe material that does not cause side effects). It acts selectively on adenosine A2A receptors, inducing tissue regeneration and anti-inflammatory processes.

A single-centre, randomised, evaluator-blinded, paired pilot study assessed the efficacy and safety of a polynucleotide preparation (HP VITARAN) in intradermal injections for expression lines around the eyes. Four procedures were performed at two-week intervals in 30 participants.

The study confirmed the preparation's efficacy and safety in intradermal injections for expression lines around the eyes. 93.2% of participants in the study group observed a significant improvement in the treated area without adverse side effects.
Polynucleotides were also observed to have a positive effect on skin texture and tone. All volunteers were willing to repeat the treatment course with this preparation.
