We use and process Your data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and message text) for the purposes of administering enquiries and providing answers, with Your consent, which is expressed by entering your personal data and message on the GLOWINN.LV website. If You do not provide this personal data, "GLOWINN.LV" will not be able to respond to Your enquiry.

Data retention period
We process and store all Your personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes specified in this policy.
We store Your registration data for as long as You have a valid account on the GLOWINN.LV website.
We store Your enquiry data for as long as the submitted question is being considered and for 3 years after the consultation is provided.
When the selection period for a specific "GLOWINN.LV" vacancy has ended, we delete the CVs and other data submitted by candidates, unless we have received the candidate's consent to process their personal data for longer in order to offer new vacancies. In that case, we store the candidate's personal data for up to 1 year from the moment such data is received.

We may transfer Your personal data for processing to third parties that provide delivery, fulfilment or other services related to the proper execution of Your order of goods or services in the GLOWINN.LV online shops.
