Glowinn.lv sells only to medical professionals, cosmetologists and clinics. Products are not sold to private individuals without qualification.

Doctors (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, GPs, etc.), physician assistants, nurses, certified cosmetologists and beauty professionals, clinics and salons as legal entities in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Injectable preparations (polynucleotides, collagen) are sold only to medical professionals licensed to perform injections.

Prices are visible only to registered clients — this is a requirement of the professional line and of the manufacturers' distribution terms. Clinics and regular clients get individual discounts and course packs. A quotation can also be requested via WhatsApp or e-mail.

Cards (Visa / Mastercard) online, bank transfer against an invoice (the invoice is sent automatically by e-mail) or cash on collection in Riga. Legal entities receive a VAT invoice; EU VAT-registered companies from other countries — 0% VAT with a valid VAT number.

• Latvia: Omniva parcel lockers (free from €90), SmartPosti lockers in shopping centres (indoors — safe for cosmetics in winter), courier or collection in Riga.
• Lithuania, Estonia: Omniva / SmartPosti, 1–3 working days.
• Finland, Sweden, Denmark: SmartPosti / courier, 2–5 working days.
• Norway: courier; customs duties and VAT are paid by the recipient.
