Polynucleotides (PN) are highly purified DNA fragments from salmonid fish (rainbow trout) tissue, 95% identical to human DNA. Injected intradermally, they activate adenosine A2A receptors, stimulate fibroblasts and the synthesis of collagen and elastin, improve microcirculation and reduce inflammation. The result is denser, hydrated, more even skin with a long-lasting regenerative effect — not just a short-term increase in volume.

Skin quality improvement and preventive anti-ageing therapy; periorbital area; acne and post-acne scars, stretch marks; recovery after laser, peels and microneedling; skin preparation before and after other injectable procedures; neck, décolleté, hands.

Standard course — 3–4 sessions at 2–3-week intervals, maintenance every 4–6 months. Administration — intradermal papular, linear or nappage technique with a 30–32G needle or cannula. Preparations with patented PAIN-RELIEF technology (pH 7.6–7.8, mannitol-free) make the procedure more comfortable and reduce the risk of side effects.
