Nithya — type I collagen and exosomes

Nithya is a collagen and mesotherapy range made in Italy. Its basis is heterologous type I collagen obtained from equine tendon and purified so that the natural triple-helix structure is preserved. Injected intradermally, it acts as a scaffold for fibroblasts and stimulates the skin’s own collagen synthesis. The range also includes mesotherapy cocktails and EXODORA exosomes.

Face Collagen Type I 70 mg (1×5 ml and 3×5 ml) is intended for the face, neck, décolleté and hands: wrinkle therapy, skin laxity, biostimulation. Body Collagen Type I 200 mg (1×10 ml) offers a higher concentration and volume for the body — stretch marks and skin laxity. Both are CE marked.

Shield 3 ml — succinic acid and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid to strengthen the skin barrier, for uneven tone and oxidative stress. Stimulate 5 ml — collagen, hyaluronic acid and peptides for firmness, wrinkles and dryness. Smooth 5 ml — Argireline (Hexapeptide-8) for fine lines and skin texture. Each is available as a single ampoule and in packs of five.

A cocktail with DMAE, PDRN and hyaluronic acid for lifting, hydration and regeneration. Available in 1×5 ml and 5×5 ml. PDRN complements the collagen protocol here: collagen forms the scaffold, PDRN works on cell receptors.

Exosomes Dermal Complex — to stimulate collagen synthesis and intensively hydrate the face. Exosomes Hair Complex — for hair growth and scalp regeneration. Both are available in 1×5 ml and 5×5 ml. Exosomes are usually applied immediately after microneedling, laser or peeling procedures, when the skin barrier is more permeable.

Skin laxity and loss of firmness on the face, neck, décolleté and hands; stretch marks and body skin; fine lines and uneven tone; hair thinning; skin recovery after procedures. Collagen can be combined with polynucleotides and exosomes in one protocol.
