HP VITARAN — PN and PDRN polynucleotides

HP VITARAN is a polynucleotide range made in South Korea. The active substance is polynucleotide sodium salt (PN), highly purified DNA fragments from salmonid fish tissue. Injected intradermally, it binds water, forms a viscoelastic matrix and stimulates fibroblasts to produce the body’s own collagen. The range includes injectable PN 20 mg/ml preparations, a PDRN skin booster and exosome skincare products.

The concentration is the same for all three — PN 20 mg/ml; what differs is the intended area. HP VITARAN 2×1 ml — face, neck and décolleté: biorevitalisation and biorestructuring. HP VITARAN i 2×1 ml — the periorbital area: thin and dehydrated skin, dark circles, fine expression lines. HP VITARAN S 2×1 ml and 1×1 ml — scars, post-acne, stretch marks and fibrotic areas. A 33G × 4 mm needle is included.

Skin Booster 2×2 ml contains 0.5% PDRN and 0.2% hyaluronic acid. PDRN consists of shorter chains than PN and acts more strongly on cell receptors, so it is used more often for skin quality, hydration and recovery — after laser, peeling and microneedling procedures. PN and PDRN can be combined in one protocol.

Three products with exosomes and PDRN: Dual Serum 1×50 ml — for recovery and hydration; Azulene Capsule Wrapping Serum 1×50 ml — a light serum with a soothing effect; NMN Sleeping Capsule Cream 1×50 ml — a night cream in capsule form. They are used in the clinic immediately after a treatment, when the skin barrier is more permeable, and recommended to the client for home care.

Biorevitalisation and skin quality for the face, neck and décolleté; the periorbital area — dark circles and thin skin; scars, post-acne, stretch marks and fibrotic areas; hydration and recovery after laser, peeling and microneedling procedures. Polynucleotides can be combined with collagen and exosomes in one protocol: they work on skin structure, exosomes on cell signalling.

A standard course is 3–4 treatments at 15–30 day intervals, with a maintenance treatment 2–3 times a year. Injection technique, doses and combinations with other preparations are available to registered clients together with the product’s technical documentation.

PN 20 mg/ml injections — HP VITARAN, HP VITARAN i and HP VITARAN S — are CE marked medical devices, class III, registered with the State Agency of Medicines (ZVA). Skin Booster and the exosome range do not require ZVA registration. For every delivery we keep the batch number and expiry date; documents are available on request.
