SIA Glowinn is a registered distributor of medical devices in Latvia (ZVA / LATMED, EUDAMED). Every product is CE-certified and the documentation for each batch is available on request.

Products are kept in our own warehouse in Riga. Orders confirmed before 14:00 usually leave the same or the next working day — to Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Before the first order we confirm your qualification: a cosmetology certificate, a medical licence or a clinic registration number. This is a one-time step, and it protects both sides.

You choose the delivery option and pay for shipping. The exact cost is confirmed with your order.

Norway — express courier with customs handled, 1–2 working days

Every parcel travels with a tracking number, sent to you by e-mail as soon as it ships. Norway is outside the EU: import VAT 25 % and the clearance fee are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Send us a valid EU VAT number and we invoice at 0 % under the reverse-charge rule. Without a VAT number, Latvian VAT of 21 % applies. For Norway the invoice is issued without VAT, and import taxes are settled by the recipient.
